tell the local police in the area and remain anonamous then he will get into troube with another anonomous phonecall with the background check. YOU AERN’T IN BREACH OF YOUR CONTRACT.ISN’T PROTECTING THE CHILD COMING FIRST. Besides i dont know how he got coz *** offenders aernt allowed to be soccer coaches or near any event involving a majority of children.

You better inform the parents who cares about the contract. What if it were your kids? If my kid was on the team and you didn’t tell the parents I would also hold you accountable if something happened.

contact the police and since you are no longer under contract cant you say something. i personally believe you should put your family and other families children first.

i am only 10 but you should not contact the police until you talk to a therapist or someone who knows about this sort of problem.If it is not necessary to call the police but you still feel insecure get someone to stay at soccer with them and then that person can sit on the sidelines and watch over the coach. If you feel that you should contact the police afterwards then contact them. Do it how you and your friends feel safe.

I would ***** the sexual offenses first and then if there bad then call your local precinct and then make a move…
I would do it anyway and mail a letter to all of the kids parents…

Just because he’s a RSO doesn’t mean he is not allowed to work there. He may or may not have restrictions on his/her employment. Please handle this delicately. It is public record but don’t go out on a vigilante expose of this person. Here is what I would suggest. Go to this person, express your concern. Have them explain their story. Go from there.

The term “Sexual assault against a child” can mean a lot more than what you think it would. For instance, there are two people in my area that are on the registry. The crime, “Statutory **** of child age 12-15″. They were BOTH 15 when they had consentual ***. The mother of they boy filed charges on the girl and and the mother of the girl did the same. The laws are so blanketed in this country that even minor infractions are getting people on the *** offender registry for 20 years to life.

You should contact the police in your area, if the person is a registered *** Offender then they are not allowed to work in a facility where children are present or may be present, you should also notify the employer that you are going to notify the families and the authorities if they do not, but if the person is only accused and never convicted you may be crossing a line that could cause you problems, sometimes people are accused of things by a disgruntled spouse or friend that is not true so be certain that you have sufficient evidence to base your accusations on.~
