try stimulating yourself in the morning when you first get up, possibly in the shower. This will hopefully give you some relief, but it’s early enough that you won’t get tired.

I think the best solution is that to involve your self in homework and keep your self busy, and when u go to bed sleep have a stimulating, and then have a nice sleep.
