They claim that there wouldve only been a small amount of ejaculatory fluid that entered, but are still wanting to know if she’ll be pregnant from it.
When can they check to see if shes pregnant?

Check the packet of a pregnancy test, I think it is quite early after - maybe a couple of days or give it a week
When she misses her next period would be the best, but there are test that can pick it up 5 days before she expects her period. Sometimes it can be days later after she misses her period before one will pick up the hormones. She will probably have bleeding a few days after the emergency contraceptive pill so that will not really count. It can take up to 10 days, even up to 2 weeks for an embryo to implant and she will not start producing hcg till that happens (this is also the hormone the preg test checks for). It doesn’t matter the amount of fluid,(there have been cases of pregnancy from the bit of pre stuff that comes out during the act) cause all it takes is one good strong swimmer to meet the egg and 9 months later you are holding a baby.
There is new technology that can let her know in about 7 days.
